Consultation is free to clients within a 50-mile range. We ask that clients outside that range pay our expenses only. In either case, there is no fee.

Since 1998, we have helped organizations achieve radical advancements in performance. Our focus is on results. Unlike many consulting firms, we do not charge an hourly rate. We believe that charging by the hour is a conflict of interest—there is no incentive to finish quickly. Instead, we quote a fixed fee for any project we take on. There is never a meter running. We put in as much time as we need to achieve the results you have contracted us for. Every time we take on a client project, our reputation is on the line. And our reputation is all we have.
Word of mouth has been our best advertisement since we opened our doors. We have a long list of clients who would be happy to give you a reference.
We opened our doors in November 1998. Since then, we have helped clients in the following industries:

However, work done on your site is according to your schedule. We accommodate.
As mentioned above, we do not have an hourly rate. We believe it is a conflict of interest for a consulting firm to charge by the hour. Instead, our fees are determined by one of these methods:
Project-by-Project — Once we have reached agreement on the project objectives, our contract will state the total fee that you will pay for meeting the objectives. There are never hidden fees. We hate surprises, so we won’t spring any on you.
Retainer — We have many clients who prefer to pay a retainer, rather than work project-to-project. This guarantees that we will be on-site for the agreed length of time at the agreed frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.) This is often the way a Lean Turnaround works, since it is usually a complete overhaul of the client’s operational processes.
Having said that, we don’t keep a time log. Once you sign on with us for any project, we make ourselves available to you as often as required for the duration of the project with no additional charges.
